Service/Health & Safety 

Six Monthly HSE Checks and Servicing for all types of paper cutting guillotines. There are 3 Levels of Service for you to choose from. To book call 01473 657575 or send an email to servicing@guillotineengineers.co.uk 

LEVEL 1 

Full Inspection of all Safety Systems; Clutch/Brake, FFM and over run systems, 
Optical and fixed Safety Guards, Electrical condition (switches and wiring), Check Condition of all major mechanical components for possible failure. 
Lubrication, grease, Hydraulic and Gearbox oils, Square and measurement 
checks, plus rectification of minor faults where possible. 

LEVEL 2 

Full Inspection of all Safety Systems; Clutch/Brake, FFM and over run systems, 
Optical and fixed Safety Guards, Electrical condition (switches and wiring), 
Check Condition of all major mechanical components for possible failure, 
Grease/Oil machine, plus Square and measurement checks. 

LEVEL 3 

Full Inspection of all Safety Systems; Clutch Brake, FFM and over run systems, 
Optical and fixed Safety Guards, Electrical condition (switches and wiring), 
Check Condition of all major mechanical components for possible failure. 
Guillotine sizes below 720mm will be charged at a standard cost of £180 plus vat This cost is for a full service and certification for the electro/hydraulic type guillotines. Please call for a quotation on each level of service you require, prices are discounted if we service more than one machine on the same site. We can also carry out safety checks on all makes of cutting and creasing platens.

Guillotine Blades 

High quality Klingelnberg guillotine blades for all makes of guillotine Folder Knives and Trimmer Blades in HSS and Tungsten Carbide which will give years of service with a lifetime guarantee. 

Silicone Spray 

500ml Spray Can. Reduces glue build up. Lubricates, protects and reduces friction. 

Stitching Wire 

Galvanised stitching wire, coloured stitching wire also available in 2.5 Kilo Roll (8 Rolls in a pack) and 100 Kilo Rolls. 

Cutting Sticks 

Any make of machine and size available from our stock list, prices on application. 

Jogging Blocks 

76, 92 and 115 Jogging Blocks made from tough plastic with a comfortable handle, Tufnell wear strip and magnet to aid narrow trims.Silicone Spray 

Health and Safety Signs 

Health & Safety “Blade Change In Progress” signs. Post and packaging applies if ordered separately.
